I couldn't have hoped for anything to go so perfectly. You got his character spot on!
It was sad but also funny.
People were saying things like 'That's the best funeral service I have ever been to'. And ' That's what I want when I go'. 'Keep his number for me'.
This tickled me and made me laugh at such a horrible time.
So once again, thank you for such a beautiful service.

Everybody said you lifted them up and how beautiful that we were able to celebrate Uncle Dan's life with a smile and a few tears.

Just a quick note to thank you for presiding over an absolutely wonderful service in honour of Liz yesterday.
It was without doubt one of the largest funerals I have ever attended and you handled it with the dignity she deserved.
Everyone was extremely complimentary of how you officiated and your lovely manner.
Me and the kids took great comfort from the service with its eclectic mix so thank you for making one of the hardest days in our lives bearable.
